2- Potatoes              बंदगोभी
3- Peaमटर
4- Tomatoटमाटर
5- Onionप्याज
6- Peaमटर
7- Tomatoटमाटर
8- Chilliमिर्च
9- Spring onionवसंत प्याज
10- Ginger&Garlic paste अदरकलहसन कापेस्ट
11- Black pepper Powerकाली मिर्च पावर
12- Corianderधनिया पत्ता 
13- Saltनमक

Method - How to make Aloo Gobhi and Matar ki Sabji




  • Heat oil in a pan or kadai. 
  • Fry Potato and Cauliflower on a pan until its turn into golden color. After fry takes out the potato and cauliflower in another bowl.
  • Now we will heat the pan with cooking oil. Then we put in pan cumin & after when cumin golden then put chopped 2 or 3 green chilies & Onion.
  • After fry then put ginger garlic pest.
  • Put all the spices or fry it and then add chopped tomatoes.
  • Now after preparing spices to add fried potato cauliflower and pea. 
  • Then add salt and saute it. 
  • Add water according to your gravy quantity.
  • At last, we add garam masala and serve it with coriander leaf.
