Mix Veg Bujiya Recipe-step by step tutorial

Ingredients: सामग्री
1- Cauliflower फूलगोभी
2- Cabbage बंदगोभी
3- Beans बीन्स
4- Potato आलु
5- Capsicum शिमलामिर्च
6- Onion प्याज
7- Tomato टमाटर
8- Chilli मिर्च
9- Turmuric Powder हल्दीपाउडर
10- Cumin seed जीरा
11- Cooking oil खाना पकाने के तेल
12- Salt नमक
Methods for Mix Veg Bhujiya.
Step 1: Cut all the vegetables in small size and then wash it.
Step 2: Then heat the pan with cooking oil and put half tea spoon cumin seeds.
Step 3: When cumin seeds turn into brown colour then put all the vegetables in it.
Step 4: Fry for 3 to 4 minutes and add some salt as per taste.
Step 5: At last we add half tea spoon turmeric powder and fry at least 2 to 3 minutes.
After doing all this method we will be easily able to cook mix bhujiya recipe.
