Hey guy's welcome to our recipes blog . Today we are going to make a very interesting and delicious sweets which is mainly called 'Paraval ki mithai' . This sweets is made up from pointed groud and as we known how much pointed groud is helpful for our body. Those people who don't like pointed groud they also eat it in form of sweet. Recipe of 'Paraval ki mithai' is so easy and here we will make it by using only three method.

                            Ingredients

1.Pointed groud 
2.Mewa(khowa)
3.Sugar
4.Desi ghee
5.Dry fruits
6.Elaichi

1.First step: First of all friend's we will peel out the upper layer material by using knife. Make one long cut from top to bottom and take yellowish material from it. From this process all bitter and rubbish parts removed from ground root. Now let's put all pointed groud in water for boiling until all pointed groud boiled properly.

2.Second step: In this step friend's we will fry desi ghee on a pan. After few seconds put Mewa on pan and fry with desi ghee. Mix both material properly. After few minutes add some dry fruits and elaichi on it according to the requirements. When our feeling material ready we proceed for further process.

3.Third step: At last step friend's we will put some water on pan for to make chasni. We boil water and when our water boiled we add sugar as per requirements. When our chasni ready we have to put feelings in Paraval and fill it properly. When we filled all Paraval we put it in chasni for few hours.
