1.Egg
2.Chopped onions
3.Coriander
4.Green chillies
5.Ginger
6.Garlic
7.Salt
8.Garam masala
9.Cooking oil
Step by step tutorial
1. First step: First of all we break the egg shell and put egg yolk in glass. Then we put chopped onions, coriander, green chillies, ginger, garlic, salt and garam masala in glass. After we will mix all materials for one minutes. We need to care that each materials mixed properly with egg yolk.
2. Second step: At last step we put cooking oil on pan and heat it for few seconds. Then we put material on pan that we made it before in glass. Fry at both side properly and when omelette ready garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
