1- Cauliflower | फूलगोभी |
2- Cabbage | बंदगोभी |
3- Beans | बीन्स |
4- Carrot | गाजर |
5- Capsicum | कैप्सिकम |
6- Pea | मटर |
7- Tomato | टमाटर |
8- Chilli | मिर्च |
9- Spring onion | वसंत प्याज |
10- Onion | प्याज |
11- Black pepper Power | काली मिर्च पावर |
12- Corn starch | मकई स्टार्च |
13- Salt | नमक |
14- Cooking oil | खाना पकाने के तेल |
Method - How to make Veg soup recipe
- Fry all the ingredients on medium flame minimum 5 to 6 min.
- Add salt as per you taste
- Add water according to your ingredient matterials
- Prepare corn starch & mix with water.
- And put into vegetable for good soup.
- After mix with corn starch, then stirring 2-4 mins.
- Serve in the bowl or cup.
